Corning

Corning Municipal (4M9) is a city owned general aviation airport in northeast Arkansas. Located 3 miles west of the city center, the airport occupies 135 acres. There is one runway located at the airport, Runway 18-36, measuring 4,299 feet in length. The runway is served by a partial length parallel taxiway. Presently, non-precision instrument approaches are published for both runway ends. Currently, there is no fixed base operator that provides aircraft services, and no fuel is available to aircraft. Hangars and apron tie-downs are available for aircraft storage. The majority of the traffic at the airport is general aviation and agricultural application.
