Billy Free Municipal Airport (0M0), near Dumas, is a city owned general aviation airport in southeast Arkansas. Located 2 miles west of the city center, the airport occupies 40 acres. The airport is served by one runway, Runway 18-36, measuring 5,000 feet in length. The runway is not served by a parallel taxiway; however, a turnaround is provided at both runway ends. Runway 36 is served by a non-precision instrument approach. A fixed base operator (FBO) at the airport provides aircraft services, as well as both 100LL and Jet A fuel. Aircraft storage is provided by small t-hangar units, while parking is provided by apron tie-downs. General aviation operations include occasional agricultural application and small corporate jet activity.
