H. L. Hopkins - Fordyce Municipal (5M4) is a city owned general aviation airport in south central Arkansas. Located 3 miles northeast of the city center, the airport occupies 109 acres. The airport is served by one runway, Runway 4-22, measuring 3,183 feet in length. The runway is not served by a either a parallel taxiway or turnarounds; however, a stub taxiway at midfield connects the runway to the apron area. Currently, neither end of the runway is served by an instrument approach procedure. There is no fixed base operator (FBO) at the airport, but self service 100LL fuel is available with a credit card. A small pilot lounge is also available. Covered tie-downs are provided for aircraft storage, as well as abundant apron tie-down spaces for storage or parking.
